    Inadmin’s open administration platform enables pension institutions, insurers and asset managers to still make a profit despite the high volumes and low margins of today’s market. The open pension platform:

    • is oriented to Straight Through Processing (STP): fully automated processing of an administrative task without human intervention;

    • has a short time-to-market. A new product, changes and new functionalities can be quickly launched;

    • offers unique and flexible combinations of cooperating pension institutions, insurers and asset managers;

    • uses APG’s expertise and services to arrange and manage collection and payment;

    • is suitable for international service provision: foreign pension schemes, multilingual, multi-currency;

    • can be flexibly used for defined contribution, defined benefit and hybrid pension schemes.

    Levels of service provision

    Inadmin’s services are built up in three levels.

    • On the basic level Inadmin offers a ‘software as a service’ (SAAS) solution: an integrated administration system that consists of pension rights administration (Lifetime), financial administration (SAP collection, payments, ledger) and document management (Hyarchis document composition, generation, management and distribution).

    • The highest level consists of complete Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provision, whereby Inadmin takes on the entire pension administration for clients.

    • In between there are variants possible whereby a distinction is made between Back Office, Mid Office and Front Office.
